• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team.

• Returns/Refunds: We offer returns or refunds only for damaged or defective items. You must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

• Custom or made-to-order furniture is not eligible for return unless it is damaged during transit.

• However, natural variations in wood grain, color, and finish are expected and not considered defects.
