At Deckza, we take great pride in crafting and delivering high-quality wooden furniture. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase due to a valid reason, we’re here to help — with clear and fair return and refund policies.
Please read the terms below carefully before requesting a return.
Eligibility for Returns
We allow returns only under the following conditions:

The return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

The product delivered is not the item you ordered, defective, or damaged in transit.

The product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to reject return requests for used or altered products.
Proof Required
To process your return or refund, you must:

Share clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue (wrong item, damage, defect, etc.)

Submit proof within 24 hours of delivery by email or through our support contact.
Conditions for Returns

If the item is used, damaged after delivery, or not in original condition, we may reject the return or deduct applicable charges.

If the return is accepted, the product must be shipped back to us using our approved logistics partner.
Shipping charges for return pickups will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, the refund (minus return shipping charges) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom or made-to-order furniture

Products returned after 24 hours of delivery

Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery

Items returned without proper proof or in used condition
